U3/U5/U7 - Saturday mornings
U9 - Mondays
U11 - Tuesdays
U13 - Thursdays
U15 - Wednesdays
U18 - Tuesdays
Adult - Sundays
U9 to U18 divisions also have a practice night each week which is decided by the coach just before the season starts.
